turn off exchange 2000 SMTP mail relay, in registry

I have a 2000 exchange server that I now manage. It looks like the SMTP Relay is on. I followed the MS link to turn it off, but it stopped all my mail.

is there a way to turn off the SMTP relay from the registry or Dos prompt? Or am I just looking at the wrong link?Start Free Trial
