Oultook / exchange server problem

I am receiving the following error on my outlook client:


Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Receiving' reported error (0x8004060C) : 'The message store has reached its maximum size.  To reduce the amount of data in this message store, select some items that you no longer need, and permanently (SHIFT + DEL) delete them.'

Even after deleting the files as suggesated still indicates a mail server issue.

have increased the limits on the exchange server to 2000000 KB with no helpStart Free Trial
