Cannot check OWA 2003 email

One of the users is keep having problems (3 times in the past 5 months) to log on our Outlook Web Mail (OWA) 2003.  We are using Exchange Server 2003 She is our domain users (Windows 2003 server Sp2) and she never need to log onto our network Domain PCs, she only need to check her email at her remote office via OWA2003.

By looking at her Domain account on the win2003 server, her account is not locked out, so each time the temp solution is to reset her password to something else.

To be honest, not being an Exchange/OWA expert, I am stumped.  Any help would be wonderful!Start Free Trial
