Thanks. I actually read that article several days ago. The only thing pertaining to my issue in the article might be Cached Exchange Mode synchronization timing, but I'm not sure how that would solve my problem. I'm just expecting that sync issues will still come up even after I would change the timeing.
What I'm looking for is an economical way to purge any sync issue messages should they exist in user mailboxes after they've been created. Since they are generated randomly, I'd like to sweep all the mailboxes once a day or week, whatever necessary.

You cannot turn it off but you should tweak your Exchange / Outlook to avoid them. We never have that issue but like one user once a year ... om/kb/8709 26
