SBS 2003 R2 to Exchange 2007?

I have a SBS 2003 R2 server. I would like to purchase a new server with Windows Server 2008 and move over the entire domain.

Can I add this new server to the existing domain.
Setup AD on the 2008 box.
Setup Exchange on the 2008 box and move over all the mailboxes.
Transfer FSMO roles.
