Outlook Calendar Appointments display and reminders based on end time??

Asked by cbeee in Exchange Email Server, Outlook Groupware Software

Tags: Microsoft, Outlook, 2003

I have an Active Directory Exchange 2003 user on XP SP2, Office 2003 SP2.

In Outlook, when the user creates appointments the displayed time shows the end time and not the start time. In addition the reminder, reminds the user based on the end time and not the start time.

Example, user creates an appointment starting at 15:00 and ending 18:00. Reminder 15 minutes.
The appointment is displayed in the calendar view as 18:00 and the reminder triggers at 17:45.

I have logged the user onto other computers and the problem remains, so it isn't a profile issue.
I have logged onto her computer with my logon and dont experience the problem, so it isnt a client issue.
1000 other users seem OK.
So, the problem lies with the Exchange Server?? Im not sure, any help appreciated!!Start Free Trial
