Hi, thanks for your reply. I cant restart the Information Store during office hours as that will stop people from accessing their emails. If thats the only way I am going to be able to carry on then I guess Ill have to do it out of hours, and tie in a server reboot too. Thanks for your suggestion.

database seems to be locked by the store.exe process
restarting the IS service should unlock it.
