I think the best thing to do would consist of creating a contacts folder in your email box and copying the contents of the folder in Public Folders to the folder you just created. From there you can export those contact items out to a CSV file. And then use Excel to open that file up and doctor it as you wish. Don't believe you can export anything in the public folders from an Outlook client.
