exchange not receiving emails

i have an sbs exchange server doing sending and receiving, i was originally able to send and receive email but now i can not receive. i tried replying to emails sent through the server and they do not go through.  My personal server that is sending to exchange is giving me the following error:

client does not have permission to submit mail to this server.

really weird since the day before i could send and i didnt change anything.
