Undiliverable Error

I have a native exchange 2003 environment that allow relaying internally ofcourse for things like digital senders exc.

When sending to an external domain we have a bridghead that is used for that exclusively.

When I or somene else tries to send to a certain external domain we get an error message from that bridghead sying this:

Message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

The following recipients could not be reached External_name@External_Domain.com

You do not have sufficient permissions to send to this ricipient 5.7.1 Unable to relay for External_Name@External_Domain.com
