Exchange domain name change

Asked by jessmca in Exchange Email Server

Hi,

We recently changed our company domain name.  I added the new domain to recipeint policies keeping the old one and made this primary.  DNS is pointing correctly for both domains and everything is working ok.
The problem is a lot of emails sent from the new domain are being trapped as spam.  This could simply be that our previous domain was whitelisted and the new one has not yet been on the recipients servers.

I am really just posting to see if there is anything i may have missed that would cause these high levels of our outgoing emails being mistaken as spam.  The emails being sent do not have any content that should be considered spam.

Thanks
Jess
