Mail is not being delivered to any external domains. Email is coming in and being delivered locally.
DNS is correct, I can ping external domains.
I am able to telnet to an external mail server and send email from the command line.
I created another SMTP virtual server but that did not help
This mail server is not on any blacklists
I turned on diagnostic logging however I do not see any errors in event viewer
GFI mail essentials is not installed on this server and to my knowledge, it never has been
Trend Micro is the anti virus however I turned that off to test
The Firewall is not blocking outgoing connections
I rebooted the server
