I have Windows 2003 SBS. My Exchange Server is currently at SP2. I have 24 mailboxes and 23 receive email from internal or external addresses with no problems. One specific mailbox ("Chris") which worked correctly for a couple of years recently began having trouble. Other users (both internal and external) began receiving Undeliverable messages stating that the message could not be delivered in the time limit specified (#4.4.7). After checking the Queue in Exchange System Manager, I see that the local deliver queue has messages in it but the status says "no additional information available". All the messages are addressed to Chris. I have tried to force a connection but it does not help. I suspect some sort of corruption on his mailbox but don't know what steps to take. His outlook connects to the server fine and reports no issues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
