ideally looking for logging option in Exchange if possible
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsHi
We are having connectivity issues with Blackberry Enterprise Server connecting to Exchange 2003 (SP2) and would like to monitor MAPI connectivity on Exchange to see what it is fighting against if anything. Examining the BES logs we can see two distinct periods each day where the Notification mail delivery drops right off and would like to find out whether this is down to other apps or systems connecting to Exchange. Ideally we could like to log and then monitor who/what is connecting to exchange so we can try to spread the load better.
Cheers
Charlie

In Exchange System Manager, right-click your Exchange Server and click Properties. Go to the Diagnostics Logging tab. You may want to try increasing the logging level for MSExchangeIS\System - Connections. This will create events in the event log. Experiment carefully, as this may create many events in the log.
