How can I edit a shared calendar in OWA? Is this possible
How Do I edit a shared calendar in OWA?
I have some users that arent part of my company but they work in our office and we want them to be able to access one our staff members shared calendar? What is the best way to do this and how?
I have setup that user on the domain with a username and password and made t hem an exchange email. I do not have them connect to our domain but they are on the same local network. I have instructed the outside staff members to connect to teh shared calendar via OWA, which works fine, but they cannot edit the calendar? is this a limitation of OWA or some setting in OWA that I need to enable?
Also, is there a way to allow them to connect to the exchange server without having them connected through our domain?
Thank you in advance!

How do you mean not being joined to the domain? Do you mean a user that doesn't even have a domani account? Or do you just mean a domain user in a remote location?

The other question was basically how do I connect to to the exchange server without being added to the domain. This was simply since you are not connected to the domain, you are not using the domains DNS server so you cannot configure your exchange account with the servers domain name internally. You jsut do the process the same but put the servers IP address instead of the server name nad domain name.

Since this can not be done that way, is there a way to allow the user to connect to the exchange server without being joined to the domain?
