Contact or Distribution list attachment opens to blank email message

We are having an issue with our exchange server. When we email a vcf file or a contact or a distribution list to anyone using our exchange server, it shows up on the other side as an attached email message with no info inside the attachment. My users are using Outlook 2002 and I have Outlook 2007. The same problem shows up on both versions of outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ThanksStart Free Trial
