Microsoft Exchange 2007 Fax via Unified Messaging (Office Communications Server 2007)

Dear Gurus,

First let me congratulate on an excellent knowledge base. This site has given me the solution numerous times when I thought there was no solution.

We are trying to set up inbound fax via Office Communications Server 2007.  We can not get it to work. The problem, in plain English, is that our Exchange server cannot "recognize" the call as a fax call.

In an ideal Microsoft Unified Messaging world, one number assigned to each user would work as a fax number as well. Exchange Server would see that it is a fax call before being routed as a telephone call and sent into Outlook.

But of course we do not live in an ideal world.

Attached are two errors I get from the logs.

Thank you in advance,
DT
