Internal OWA cannot change user profiles

We've a system that certain of our users log into by using a generic account.  We do not have the Outlook client installed on this system and recquire users to utilize the OWA interface.  The problem that has arisen however is that one of these users can't seem to log out of it.  When they are finished and the next person needs to check their mail, it auto-logs in as the previous user.

We have used the Logoff link that shows in the upper right portion of the window.  I have closed IE, deleted temp files, Temporary  Internet files (including all offline content, deleted the saved passwords list, turned off auto complete, deleted saved forms, & of course rebooted.  The system STILL auto logs in as that 1st user and other subsequent users can't log in & in fact are able to look at this other user's mail.  *wince*

What to do? What to do?

( The services for the web interface are running on the mail server, not certain that matters in this situation)Start Free Trial
