I am running Exchange 2003 and want to find a way to set up a group with one external email address that will distribute emails in order to the individual email accounts of the uses within the group. Kind of like a call group on a phone system in a sales scenario. I do not want everyone in the group to get the email but I want it to disperse the emails one by one to the users in this group and start over at the top of the list when it reaches the last name on the list.
Does anyone know of a way to make this happen without third party software and if third party software is the only way to go I am open to suggestions.
