Probelms with Exchange - cannot send or receive e-mail..  Appears to be LDAP issues

Running SBS 2003 SP2

I have hundreds of critical errors in my logs since last night - summary based on last occurrences are:-


Source MSExchangeDSAccess  Event ID 2049

ProcessINETINFO.EXE (PID=3096).  An asynchronous LDAP call failed.  Server=server1.OurDomain.com  Error code =8007045d.  Base DN=,Filter=(ProxyAddresses=smtp:seg@ourdomain.com), Scope=2.

Source:  MSExchangeDSAccess  Event ID 2061

process INETINFO>exe (PID=3096).  An LDAP search call failed - Server=server1.OurDomain.com  Error code=80040955.  Base DN=CN=OURDOMAIN,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,
Dc=OurDomain,DC=com,Filter=(objectCategory=msExchExchangeServer), Scope=2.


Source MSExchangeDSAccess  Event ID 2114

Process INETINFO.EXE ((PID=3096).  Topology discovery failed, error )x80040955.

Source MSExchangeSA  Event ID 9154

DSACCESS returned an error Ox80004005 on DS Notification.  Microsoft Exchange System Attendant will re-set DS notification later.

Source MSExchange SA  Event ID 9153

microst Exchange System Attendant reprted an error 0x80004005 when setting DS notification.

Source MSExchangeMTA   Event ID 155

Error )x80004005 occurred while reading information for directory name (DN) CN=SMTP (Server1- {D473CF8C-580A-4CA2-A4C0-9AA4F3352DBE}), CN=CONNECTIONS, CN+OURDOMAIN,CN=MICROSOFT EXCHANGE, CN=SERVICES,CN=CONFIGURATION,DC=OURDOMAIN,DC=COM from directory [MTA OPERATOR 23 38] (12)

Source MSExchange DSAccess  Event ID 2103

Process MAD.EXE (PID=4756).  All Global Catalog Servers in use are not responding:  server1.Ourdomain.com.

Source MSExchangeDSAccess   Event Id 2102

process MAD.EXE (PID=4756).  All Domain Controller Servers in use are not responding:  server1.OurDomain.com

Source MSExchangeDSAccess   Event ID 2066

Process INETINFO.EXE (PID=3096).  An LDAP Nofity call failed - Server=server1.OurDomain.com Error Code=800704d5.  Base DN=CN=Server1,CN=Servers,CN=first adminstrative group, CN+Administrative Groups, CN=OurDomain, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services, CN=Configuration, DC=OurDomain, DC=com, Filter=, Scope=0.
