Setup an exchange 2003 server at my home

Hello,

I have purchased a domain name from go daddy and would like to setup a small exchange environment at my home so I can have webmail, mobile email.......  Can someone give me a brief rundown on the steps i need to take to accomplish this?  

I do not have a static ip address from my ISP, can this be done with a dynamic IP address and use dyndns or something, secondly do i need a regular 2003 server setup at home or use Small business server 2003?
