not syning automatically and strange emails

I have 1 user with a Trio who, has for months been working fine with his phone, but thursday he has not been able to sync automatically he has to do it manually, i recreated his account and he gets email from himself and the subject is

ca2d0b7dc0bd5b4885494f5e3f03a075-7fbe

and whats in the message is

does anyone know what causes this?
