How to connect outlook 2007 to exchange server(it keeps saying "cant resolve name"...Outlook must be online in orther too.....)?

After creating a email account on server, I tried to configure outlook on client PC and it displays a message saying " Can not resolve name....Outlook must be online.......? I can use the same outook email account without any problems on other PC's. If I login as a different user outlook works fine with exchange server.Start Free Trial
