I hope this makes sense. I took over a client and the previous IT guy did things a little different than normal. One thing he setup was to have exchnge send and receive email for all users from the ISP pop server. They are not hosting email in house yet. Yesterday we switched ISP and outbound (SMTP) email worked fine, untill today and now it does not. Inbound (POP) works fine but email outbound sits in the outbox and the user gets an error message that states "the connection to the server was interrupted". This is for all users. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
