Exchange 2003 sp2 installationa on SBS 2003 Standard

The following error appears when I attempt to install Exchange 2003 sp2.

Exchange has been working on this Dell server for about 2 years. This is an OEM installation that I inherited about one year ago.

Any thoughts?
