How to Setup ActiveSync in Exchange Server 2003

I would like to setup ActiveSync in Exchange Server 2003.
I tried to search for a step by step guide but I am unable to locate the correct documentation.
The owner has an iPhone with 2.0 software and he would like to be able to set it up, so that he can synchronize his emails.
Can you provide me with some direction or documentation on how to setup the Exchange server?

Are you familiar with "setting up" the certificate?
Should I just buy this certificate?
Where do I set it up in the Exchange Server?

When trying to setup Certificat Services, I got a message: The private key "CGRMail" already exists. Do you want to overwrite this key with a new one?
I am not familiar with setting up of Certificate Services?
Should I be selecting "Yes" or "No"?
