Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Exchange Server 2003
I am an new IT for a small business with around 15 employees. For the longest time they are having problems with sending emails out to other large companies for business proposals who have never received there emails. This goes the same as vice versal; sometimes other companies cannot send email to my clients. My clients today forwarded some of the error messages they are getting bounce back by email, which is a delay mail in about 3 to 5 days after the message has been sent, reading that the email cannot be sent.
I check the Event Viewer and every hour there are a bunch of these error messages:
1) MSExchangeSA Event ID 9153
2) MSExchangeFBPublish Event ID 8213
3) MSExchagne Transport Event 7518
Is this the reason why they are having all these issues?
