Calendar Appointments generate NDR message

Asked by newstarter in Exchange Email Server, Email Servers, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)

HI,
I am running exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 in my organizaton. When calendar appointment requests are sent to User 'NA' by anyone in the organization, the sender receives an NDR. The NDR refers to user NA's assistant's address 'AM' who has left the company long time ago.
Her account has indeed been deleted from AD and mailbox has been removed from exchange2003. I thought it may be because User 'NA' has a client side rule that forwards calendar appontments to her assistant. But I have checked and there is no such rule in his Outlook 2003. Te strange thing is that it only happens when Calendar requests are sent. This is really giving me a headache.Start Free Trial
