Cross Forest Public Folder Migration

Hi All,
Is there a complete process of going about migrating cross forest public folder information?  We currently have InterOrg setup to replicate  specific public folders, but it doesn't retain the folder permissions.  We would like to be able to migrate all public folder data while retaining permissions.
