Exchange Services fail to start except Information Store

All,

We have a exchange 2007 running on Server 2003 64 bit. Single Server environment.  

We are not sure why howver this morning the all of the exchange services fail to start, except

MS Exch Transport Log Search
MS Exch System Attend
MS Exch Information Store

The others fail to start with a 7000 or 7009, service did not respond in a timely fashion.  There seem to be no other real errors partaining t this problem.  C: drive has ample space.  

Not sure what other information is relevant
