Why are emails getting sent to the Spam folders in MailMarshal when they are in the whitelist?

Hello,

Im having issues with MailMarshal, as it keeps sending emails to the SPAM folders even though i have added the domain to the whitelist (It is one of our main suppliers i needed to add, and its only started blocking them all over the last few days).

No changes have been made to the system when this started occuring.

I have checked the blacklist, and i have made sure ive commited the configuration through the console.  It states the policy has been applied, but still doesnt seem to accept any emails from the domain.

Sending emails out is not an issue, this is only receiving.

UPDATE :

I tried making the first priority rule for incoming emails, that the whitelist bypass all other rules and go to the Archived folder.  (As previously it was just going onto the next rule)

This has had no effect on the rules and the emails are still getting put into SPAM.  Im not too knowledgable about the "in's and out's" of mailmarshal, but i have got a 3rd party involved.  They said there may be something wrong with the Junk Filter itself which appears to bypass all the rules or something?  Dont know if this makes sense.

But, now they have done something and its allowing the emails to come through, but......... its also allowing a load of spam through that would normally be protected.  All i basically wanted was the whitelist to work, and now its causing me other issues!

I really would appreciate the help! :)

Thanks guys

ASKER

Just for some extra info, i have rebooted the server, etc and all the services.  All services are running and other emails appear to be accepted.
