Vahik, that's excellent! I set that attribute, however it won't vanish from the list. Do you know, how long I would have to wait?

Exchange 2007 SP1 on a 2008 server in a 2008 domain.
After I used the toolbox item "public folder administration" and set the public folder "Schedule+ Free Busy Information - Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)" to "mail enable", I am not able to hide it from my global address list. There is a checkbox in properties of that item which exists for this reason but as soon as I uncheck it, I get the same problem as described here in the first paragraph: http://www.eggheadcafe.com
Since this problem does not seem to have a solution (seen many times on google) - my question simply is:
Is there any command line way (exchange powershell) to hide accounts from the global address list?

Well the reboot should have done it....
In one of your outlook client check to see which global catalog server it is point to....
in outlook addres book\tools\options check the properties of global address list and see if that server
was rebooted...if it was then make sure ur client is not in catche mode....and if the client is not in catche mode...then i am stuck like you....
you could also try create a new exchange user and see if the public folder smtp address is also visible to the new user...if it is then i am really stuck...
