'Search Subfolders' option in advanced find unavailable for secondary mailbox search

User A has 'Full Mailbox' permissions to User B mailbox. User A is running Outlook 2007 and opens 'User B' mailbox as an additional mailbox in Outlook. Try to perform an Advanced Find, select User B mailbox and the 'Search Subfolders' checkbox at the bottom is greyed out and unavailable. I need to be able to perform a search query across the entire additional mailbox using Advanced Find.

I have full permissions to the additional mailbox and can browse any folder in Outlook. This worked fine in Outlook 2003....we recently upgraded to Office 2007 and now we have this problem.

Thank you for the response. That is unfortunate this feature has been removed. I will be contacting Microsoft to ask that this feature be put back in... Not sure why they would have removed.

Thanks for the work around...that should work as a temp. solution.

We experienced the same issue in the OL2007 environment.   As a work around, we're advising users to open the seconadary mailbox as a primary mailbox on their secondary machine, or in a separate environment, like Citrix.
I am going crazy!!! I had this feature in my computer till yesterday (Win7 x64 - Off2007 native) and it was perfectly working so the answer that it was removed by MS is wrong!
Yesterday I got a new computer more powerful CPU (Wi7 X86) but I installed Off2003 + SP2 (not SP3 some of the features MS removed in SP3 I need) and then Off2007 keeping Off2003 for necessary Access programs I have to maintain for customers on Acc2003.
This is when I realised the include subfolders option is grayed!
Has anyone a solution to this problem other than saying it was removed by MS?
