Question

Appointments are automatically accepted with no option to decline

I have a user whose Outlook client is auto accepting appointments and meeting requests with out showing up in her inbox and giving her an option to decline or accept.  Is there a setting in Outlook 2003 or OWA to change this?  The System is Exchange 2007 and the client is Outlook 2003.

In Outlook 2003,
Tools-->Options-->(Preferences Tab) Calendar Options-->Resource Scheduling
UNcheck the first box

is someone else delegated permissions to manage her calendar?
if so, there is a setting to let that person manage calendar items and they won't even be sent to the primary user.
that may be been enabled unintentionally.
