Thanks for your reply. I ran the Performance Troubeshooting Tool, and it reports high RPC latencies and activities. It suggests some user or device gone wrong. However, I can't open the Exmon data to see the individual stats. I ran the Get-LogonStat comments, and it lists all users, and I afraid I don't know exactlyly what I'm looking for, or how to parse certain or high values only. I put the exmon for 2003 on my desktop and tried to open it, and that didn't work -- and I can't find the 2007 exmon for my client -- someone on a forum had suggested this when the files wouldn't open. Please help.

Arggggh again one of those performance related issues, its surprising why it crops up on 64-bit boxes.

Please mention the editions of OL used ?
Also, tell me does this issue take place frequently or all the time or at odd hours.
You could run the command Get-LogonStatistics | FL to check which user is causing problems at that particular time and throwing so many RPC calls on the server. Running Exchange Best Practice Analyzer and Exchange Performance Troubleshooting Assistant tools would assist you also.
