Please help! I have just setup a new and first Exchange 2007 for my company. My company has four sites (4 office).
1. HQ
2. Branch Office 1
3. Branch Office 2
4. Branch Office 3
Note: all sites are not link using VPN.
Exchange 2007 is located at HQ. Due to management reason, all users must using POP3 account. Well, there is no issue at all for sending with port 587 and receiving with SSL 995 using POP3 in HQ. Branch offices have only issue in sending email, but no problem in receiving. All users are using the same settings for incoming and outgoing server: mail.tcf.com (for example).
HQ side, mail.tcf.com resolve internal IP: 192.168.1.11. Other branch offices, mail.tcf.com resolve public IP of my Exchange 2007: 58.185.100.111 (for example).
I think I must configure relay IP address list in my Exchange 2007. So, my branch office able to send email through Exchange server. Of course, branch office has WAN static IP. I only add their WAN IP address in relay list of Exchange 2007, it should be working.
The question is, I do not know how to add. Can anyone help and guide me on how to do it? Also, do you have other alternate good solution for this scenario?
Thanks in advanced!

If the branch offices are not connecting by VPN or dedicated lines, then the POP3 users in the branch office has to use their own ISP's outgoing SMTP Server address and then the ISP will take care of the email delivery.
