ActiveSync remote wipe tool.
I installed remote wipe tool on Frontend server (E2k3 SP2) to wipe mobile devices for activesync users.
When I try to access the device information using remote wipe tool. I get an error message
"Failed to access user's Mailbox, verify that the mailbox and user account are enabled and functional. "
The tool shows the mailbox server name however not able to fetch device information.
I have already followed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916960

"We need to add exchange enterprise server group on the bin directory of back-end server "
I would also like some clarification on this...
Are you referring to the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Administration\bin" folder? (Although, this is installed on the Front End server.)
