^ eseutil is going to be your best bet as you will most likely need to perform repair functions. It will take a long while depending on the size of your DB, be prepared for a long night.
If you are using Exchange 2003 or 2k7, you can download the Exchange troubleshoot assistant and it can perform repairs on your Message stores using a nice GUI interface instead of the ESEUtil command line.

Also, make sure that "Write cache" on the disk is disabled as it sounds like the power outage caused your server to shut down. Without proper power redundancy, Databases are subject to corruption when Write Cache is enabled on the drives the Data files are on.
