No they are not blacklisted there, the SCL rating is 1 on thouse messages but still moved to Junk Folder

I have a SBS 2003 R2 with exchange sp2 installed and IMF activated, when some of the local users send mail to themselfs the mail is moved to Junkfolder. Anyone got an idea why?

Have they accidently blacklisted themselves in Outlook?
Open Tools > Options. On the top of the preferences tab, click "Junk E-mail..." and then go to the "Blocked Users" tab. Be sure that their address isn't listed.
