Free Busy Information not available to Outlook 2003 clients after recreating public folders in Exchange 2007

Earlier this week we had to dismount public folders on Exchange 2007 SP1
We then deleted the file.
Re mounted.
This gave us a clean empty public folders
We then readd some project emails

Since then the Free Busy information for our Outlook 2003 clients is unavailable

I have tried everything i can find out the web but nothing seems to fix this
The Error we get is below in the attached jpeg

Im at witts end and need to get this fixed
