PFMigrate not working

I'm in the process of upgrading from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2007. Right now, i'm at the 2003 upgrade stage of the process. So far everything has gone well, with the exception of transfering my public folders. I used pfmigrate to create a replica of the public folders on the Exchange 2k3 server but only some of the public folders were replicated.
I used pfmigrate.wsf /s:exc5.5srv /t:exc2k3srv /r /f:c:\logfilepath at first... the results were 0.
Then I used the pfmigrate.wsf /s:exc5.5srv /t:exc2k3srv  /sf /a /n:30000 /f:c:\logfilepath and it created a replica of 40 folders.
I then tried to use pfmigrate.wsf /s:exc5.5srv /t:exc2k3srv /a /n:50000 /f:c:\logfilepath to see if that would complete the process and transfer the additional public folders... to no avail however.

What did I do wrong and how can I get the other folders to be replicated to the Exchange 2003 server? I've attached the pf_status_01.log file, please let me know if you cannot read it.

I never use pfmigrate. It is just a script.
All you need to do is add the new server to the list of replicas, then wait. PF replication prior to Exchange 2003 SP2 was very slow, so things can appear not to happen for days. I don't tend to get worried unless nothing has happened for a week or more.

Well, that's comforting... I thought about that but figured a day should be enough time for all the folders to show up in Exchange 2003. I did install Exchange SP2 before running pfmigrate...
I'm in a bit of a time crunch, so i'm really interested in what can be done to have all the folders in Exch2k3 by the end of the week. I thought about just importing the public folders from a pst files, but i'm concerned that some of the forms within the public folders might not transfer well or at all.

what can I do, if anything, to speed things up?

There is nothing that can be done to speed things up. That was only introduced with Exchange 2003 SP2 and requires that version on both the source and target.

Exchange 5.5 and 2000 are very conservative when it comes to pf replication. I actually do migrations off those versions spread over three weeks to provide enough time for the data to replicate.

You might get lucky and see the data there by the end of the week, it is impossible to predict.

Forms and things like that will not migrate correctly using Public Folders. I have done it before and the forms basically needed to be rewritten. You can't migrate the system folder information either, so you will lose free/busy data until that repopulates, which takes about a week with most sites (depends on use of calendars though).

Thanks Mestha, you pointed me in the right direction. PfMigrate is not the best way to go. Once you add a replica however, you can force replication of the information.
