Well, that's comforting... I thought about that but figured a day should be enough time for all the folders to show up in Exchange 2003. I did install Exchange SP2 before running pfmigrate...
I'm in a bit of a time crunch, so i'm really interested in what can be done to have all the folders in Exch2k3 by the end of the week. I thought about just importing the public folders from a pst files, but i'm concerned that some of the forms within the public folders might not transfer well or at all.
what can I do, if anything, to speed things up?

I never use pfmigrate. It is just a script.
All you need to do is add the new server to the list of replicas, then wait. PF replication prior to Exchange 2003 SP2 was very slow, so things can appear not to happen for days. I don't tend to get worried unless nothing has happened for a week or more.
