Browse All TopicsI am l0oking for a utility that will export and merge (with no overwrite of duplicate data if possible) specified users personal contacts (located in their mailbox) and public folder contacts to another location such as another public folder or even a PST (blah). I do not want to go to each user's Outlook client to do this and do not trust users to do this. From what I remember, exmerge wont do this. Any ideas? I am running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2 in a 2003 native domain.

Depending on your security policies, you can delegate yourself access to their mailboxes, open them from Outlook, then export them yourself. Simple, straightforward, no need to get the users involved.
