Hello,
When you computer boots up you should see an option that will allow you to see
your boot options e.g. sometimes you can press F5, F8, ESC which will bring up the
boot options that are supported.
You need to press the the key your BIOS supports before the GRUB boot loader loads.
You can also go into your BIOS and set the CDROM to be the first boot option
