Exchange 2003 / Outlook 2003 - Autoresponders - 3rd Party options

Hi

Have asked a similar question to this recently but this is one is subtly different. I would like to have a fully fledged auto reply mechanism within Exchange and Outlook. We have investigated enabling the standard Exchange "Allow Automatic Replies" and "Allow Automatic Forward" options but we don't want to allow all mailboxes the feature so that we can retain company data and can't take the risk of mail loops so wont be enabling it in exchange unless we can control more fully who can create auto reply rules in Outlook.

SO my question is .. can anyone recommend any alternatives to Exchange "Allow Auto Replies" to give us similar functionality but with more security and controllability? This may be a 2rd Party add on or similar or external service that provides the same functionality.

One product that I would recommend is Exclaimer

Looks good - may be a little to 'feature rich' for us with all the options it has on top of the autoresponder but will have a look

I am also using Exclaimer specifically for this Auto Responder functionality and it has performed flawlessly. Since installing it I have also found multiple other requirements have been fulfilled by it's available features.....highly recommended.

yes - we are looking at Exclaimer and looks great - even better that we can licence only for the number of auto-responders we want rather than all users so cheap too!!
