This is what I thought, but I just want to make certain everything is 100% before moving mailboxes. &nbsp;We manage the free/busy via an ADM template and GPO. &nbsp;But I wasn't certain if having the option for a manual download via &quot;send/receive&quot; was supposed to be grayed out. &nbsp;Thank you!

I am doing a migration from Exchange 2003 - 2007, I've tested free busy over and over from every concievable client and server setting I could think of. &nbsp;Everything appears to be working, if I use the /cleanfreebusy switch then add users to a meeting I can view their availability.<br />

However when I go to send/recieve and look at &quot;free/busy&quot; it appears grayed out. &nbsp;Now it appears to be working aside from manually downloading the free busy. &nbsp;Not really sure how to go about troubleshooting this since free/busy appears to be working.
