I have a customer running SBS2003 SP2, w/ Exchange 6.5 SP2. almost once a minute the error in the title is logged in the event viewer. I was informed by an MS technician that I needed to apply the hotfix reference by KB919417.
I did so, and everything appears to be working, but the erros are still logged.
I dismounted the stores and ran ISInteg w/ zero errors (541 warnings, but I understand those can safely be ignored).
Am I missing something? Has anyone else experienced this or a smiliar issue with Exchange? Any suggestions before I burn yet another support incident w/ MS?

I would call Microsoft and re-open/use the previous incident with them. They are pretty good about seeing a problem solved to completion and should provide you support for this problem.
