I have an issue with a shared public folder calendar. Our main office is in the east coast with remote users and offices on the west. Ive created a sales calendar on the public folder and gave access to sales group only. The issue is that if a user in the east coast creates a new all day event appoinment, then a user from the west coast will see it on the calendar but it will shows as 2 day appoinment instead of one and vice-versa.
why does this happen and how can i fix this. is there an option in where a user clicks on all day event, and instead of calendar setting it as a 12am till 12pm event i can set it up during buisness hours. 8-5pm.
thanks in advance

as the URL said.
When you click the All Day Event option, the appointment is scheduled from midnight on the first day to midnight on the next day.
It means 12am to 12am
When you view the calendar in a different time zone than the one in which the appointment was created, the time is adjusted for that time zone based on the regional time settings on that computer. This makes the appointment appear to span over two days when you view it from another time zone.
