Spamhaus PBL
My Exchange Mail server is listed in spamhaus PBL, in a range of dynamic ips. we recently changed the comunication in our office to and so got a new ip address, wich is not a dynamic address. we begin receiving notifications of several mail server refusing our emails, and after doing a serch i found that we are listed on the pbl in a dynamic ip adress table.
I runned the removal procedure several times, as indicated by spamhaus and i did not received the confirmation emails to finnish the removal procedure. i tried several emails inside our company to try and receive an email, as emails from gmail ou hotmail are not allowed for this task.
i tried to talk to our isp, but untill not got no answer. and we continue beeig blocked. i can´t find any additional email ou telephone number for contacting spamhaus, and i am in serious trouble.

HI. thanks on the help, that was the answer i did not wanted to ear as my isp says that spamhaus as nothing to do with them. Anyway, i am using Exchange 2003 as an email server. All users are within our network, and all outlooks are configured to use exchange connection.
Did first line support tell you that?
If so they almost certainly will not know what the relationship is between your ISP and Spamhaus. Most ISPs will have provided a list of dynamic IP addresses, if not to Spamhaus directly, to one of the other list aggregators.

As the FAQ says, the PBL is not a blacklist.
If you are using Exchange 2003 then you need to use an SMTP Connector.

You need to speak to your ISP and ask them why they have given you IP addresses listed in their dynamic range. Only your ISP can resolve this problem as they caused it.
As an interim measure you should route all email via your ISPs SMTP Server. However as you haven't said which version of Exchange you are using, I cannot tell you which method you need to use to do that.
