Outlook Search Folder

We have several shared mailboxes that multiple users can view and manage, and we need to setup search folders on them, like the 'for follow up' folder.  Ideally, we would have a single search folder that encompassed both the user's own inbox and the shared folders, but if we have to have a separate search folder for each shared mailbox that is at least better than not having them.

Matt,
You would need to configure OUtlook with the shared mailbox profile and then create these shared folders. Are you looking to do it from Exchange somehow?

If I understand correctly you're saying that for say, our support mailbox, we would have to log into Outlook under a profile configured specifically for the support mailbox as if that were the primary address, share the search folders we wanted, and then let the users connect to the shared folders?

I believe we would prefer an exchange solution if that's possible.
