There are currently no schedules set for this database. If the state was not showing "scheduled" it would not be showing up in the queue. The folder is named WR which is the name of one of the stores, there is also an SMTP WR folder.
What does the scheduled state mean and how can I locate what this schedule is for and remove?

You can open this queue and check the mails inside that and if not valid remove them ....
